Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your boneless couch, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return

To initiate a return, email hello@bonelesscouchusa.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition. Items that have been heavily used, stained, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a full refund. Accessories (cleaning products, trays, caddies) must be unopened to be eligible for return.
