Free US Shipping on Every Order

Boneless Couch USA offers free standard shipping on every order to any address within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.

Delivery Timeline

Most orders are delivered within 2-7 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2pm EST typically ship the same day. Weekend orders ship the following Monday.

Where We Ship From

All orders ship from our US-based warehouses. We do not ship internationally. All prices are in USD.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order at any time at bonelesscouchusa.com/track-your-order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at hello@bonelesscouchusa.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
